Anthurium luxurians is a magnificent collector's species from Colombia prized for its extraordinarily thick, leathery, heavily bullate (deeply puckered/blistered) dark green leaves with a lustrous, almost lacquered surface. The deeply dimpled leaf texture is more extreme than nearly any other Anthurium, giving each leaf a three-dimensional sculptural quality.LIGHT: Bright indirect light enhances the bullate leaf development and rich dark color.WATER: Allow top 1–2 inches to dry between waterings. The thick, leathery leaves offer some drought tolerance. Well-draining mix essential.HUMIDITY: 65–85%.
