Orders placed are usually shipped 3-5 business days after
date of order. During Promotions and Sales event, expect 7-10 days due to
higher than normal volume of orders.  Expect a few days delay for adverse
weather or holidays.

Please note that all online sales are final once
shipped.  Botany, Books, & Booze does not accept returns on
any items. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order
for refund.  Cancellation of orders after 24 hours will be issued a STORE
CREDIT.  By placing an online order with Botany, Books, & Booze, you agree to this policy.

Please review our unboxing your order before opening your
package.

If your package shows as delivered by the carrier but hasn't
arrived, kindly check in and around your home, with neighbors, or at your
building's front desk. If 24 hours elapse and your order still hasn't been
located, please contact the carrier using your tracking number for assistance
in resolving the shipment issue.

Plants are perishable items.  We highly recommended
adding a heat pack to your order during winter and shipping next day air to
minimize any stress or delays. Please do due diligence in assessing your
weather condition before ordering.
