String of Pearls is one of the most iconic trailing succulents available—long, hair-thin stems strung with perfect, pea-sized spherical leaves cascading beautifully from hanging baskets or shelves. The distinctive 'pearl' shape of each leaf makes it instantly recognizable and endlessly photogenic.
LIGHT: Bright indirect to some direct light. Adequate light is critical—in low light, the pearls elongate and lose their spherical shape.
WATER: Allow soil to dry completely between waterings. The globose beads store water; overwatering causes them to burst and rot. This is the most common way String of Pearls is killed.
HUMIDITY: Tolerates very dry air; no supplemental humidity needed.
FERTILIZER: Diluted succulent fertilizer once in spring and once in summer.
TEMPERATURE: 60–80°F; protect from frost.
TOXICITY: Toxic to humans, cats, and dogs.

Shipping rates are based on the packed weight of your order (plants + soil + pot + box + insulation). This helps us cover the real cost of getting breakable, living things safely to you.
In cold weather, we strongly recommend adding a Heat Pack add-on for each shipment. Heat packs are priced separately and add additional weight to your box.
